Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Our team operates and dispatches orders Monday - Friday (EST) we are working hard to process every order as soon as possible. Please allow for 1-4 working days for your order to be processed. Any orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on that Monday. We do our best to package your items to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your parcel once in the hands of courier, however, we endeavour to work with you and the postal service to rectify any issues that you may experience. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed.
